SP-2545

The SP-2545 is a semi-automatic solder paste printer controlled by a PLC and HMI system, ensuring stable and reliable performance. It supports PCBs up to 1200mm in size and features a high-rigidity structure with linear rails for enhanced stability and precision during printing. The machine can automatically adjust running parameters to suit various product characteristics and achieve optimal performance for different glue and solder paste types. Its flexible arming base allows adjustments to match different PCB sizes, while the printing knife can rotate 45° upward for easy cleaning and stencil replacement. Manual alignment and loading ensure versatility, with calibration achieved through stencil movement to match the X, Y, and Z axes of the printing base, making it a highly efficient and user-friendly tool for PCB assembly.
