The JAGUAR A6 PCB assembly machine features an advanced heating system with Swedish nickel heaters, curved surface reflectors, and forced-air circulation for uniform heating. Its smooth transmission system includes an STK adjustable speed motor and stainless steel mesh belt. Stable electrical control is achieved through imported thermostat control with PID, thermocouples, and SSR solid state relays, ensuring precise temperature management. The machine rapidly heats up in just 20 minutes from room temperature to the set-point.
